Shipping & Delivery

All orders are fulfilled within 2 business days of the order date. After your order has been processed, your package will then be picked up by our shipping company for dispatch. Your tracking information will be available on our website and will be sent to your provided e-mail. Do not worry, no order ships without tracking number. Products are shipped directly from our factory in Asia to countries all over the world, therefore, please be patient while waiting for tracking information.

 

Shipping & Delivery Time

We are willing to ship worldwide, although As for now, we are capable to ship only to these countries: Australia, Austria, Belgium, Brazil, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hong Kong, Hungary, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Japan, Korea, Luxembourg, Malaysia, Mexico, Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Singapore, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Turkey, Ukraine, United Kingdom, United States.

United States, Canada and Australia: 7-10 business days

All other countries: 7-15 business days.

Shipping is FREE OF CHARGE included with a tracking information. Shipping information and timing is indicated on product page and/or when you checkout for payment. Some products might not be available in your country.

In very rare instances, packages may take longer than the stated expected time frame. Unfortunately, we are unable to control shipping times and any unexpected delays that may occur en-route and we seek your understanding and patience should this occur. In such cases, we will ship out a new package if there is no tracking updates for more than 15 business days. Please note that processing time (2 business days) is different from shipping time and should be added to the total delivery time.

Order Issues

If any issues come up regarding the shipment of your order, please contact our customer service support@qilini.com and we will get you taken care of as quickly as possible. Once your order has been dispatched, Qilini is not responsible for any losses or damages. It’s the customer’s responsibility to follow the tracking information provided. We are not responsible for any packages returned to us as refused, unclaimed, deliverable, or because of incorrect or insufficient address. Address cannot be changed after the order has been processed.

 

Custom & Duty Fees

Please note International shipments that are not labeled as duties paid may experience additional customs charges such as taxes and duties. These fees are charged by the receiving government office and are the responsibility of the recipient. Please check with your local customs agency regarding fees. Also, kindly note that in rare occasions, customs agents may delay delivery of some packages.
